Priests Of The Temple
Currently, Shri Paramatma Giri is the priest of the temple. Before him, his father was Late Sudama Giri and before him, Late Sudama Giri’s father was Late Muneshwar Giri. Before Late Muneshwar Giri, Late Seena Giri was the priest who was the father of Muneshwar Giri and before Seena Giri, Late Balu was the priest of this temple. The tradition of the priest of this temple has been carried on by this Giri generation after generation, but due to this temple being very ancient, it is difficult to tell who was the first priest of this temple.
Paramatma Giri has been carrying out his tradition selflessly because till now he does not get any salary, his family expenses are met from the donations received from the temple.
Shri Paramatma Giri’s wife passed away in 2024 and he has 2 sons and a daughter, the name of the elder son is Deepak Giri and the name of the younger son is Upendra Giri and the name of the daughter is Nidhi Giri. Paramatma Giri is a very kind natured priest. He distributes the Prasad offered at the temple to children. He is kind and generous by nature. He has taken all the responsibilities of the temple on his shoulders.
