History & Founding
The organization was founded by Devkamal Gupta, Amarnath Jaiswal, and Ranjit Kumar Gupta. The journey began with a deep spiritual devotion, when on Mahashivratri, they organized the first tableau (jhanki). Due to limited resources, they innovatively used a rickshaw instead of a costly chariot. Children were dressed up as Hindu deities, setting a humble yet heartfelt beginning.
Key contributors during the early days included:
- Laxman Sharma and Vijay Shankar Rai, who managed costume and makeup.
- Manish Rai as Lord Shiva
- Veeru Gupta as Goddess Parvati
- Sonu Prajapati as Hanuman ji
- Shubham Tiwari and Shivam Tiwari as Radha-Krishna
- Devkamal Gupta as a spiritual ghost character
Originally called Amkeshwarnath Samiti, the organization later evolved into Ameshwarnath Sewa Sangh, and was officially registered as a trust in 2019.

The organization was founded in 2011 by Devkamal Gupta, Amarnath Jaiswal, and Ranjit Kumar Gupta. It all began with the celebration of Mahashivratri, when they decided to organize a tableau (jhanki).
